Famous/Important Jews
Abraham (Prophet Ibrahim)-Abraham lived around 1500 BC (estimate). He is thought to be "the father of monotheism". He was considered the first Jew and the principal Biblical patriarch. "He is a central figure in Judaism. He is Allah's friend and the prophets father-Ismail and Ishaq, plus he is an ancestor of the prophet Muhammad.
Moses-Moses was born in 1391 BC and died in 1271 BC. He brought the Israelite slaves to freedom in Egypt. Moses also provided them with the ten commandments which are moral rules.
Jesus- Jesus, the son of god, is of course a Jew. He was a Jewish teacher, Jesus is the central figure of Christianity. "Churches founded on the belief that Jesus is the Messiah promised in the old testament include the Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Baptist, Methodist, Lutheran etc.
Albert Einstein-Albert Einstein was probably one of the smartest Jews in the world. He created a lot of the science/mathematical equations. Albert was also German-Scientist. One of his famous formulas are "E=mc Squared.
Baruch Spinoza- Baruch was born in Amsterdam, Holland in a community of Jews (so was born Jewish). He was a lens grinder and provided lens for telescopes.
